Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Charges are variable depending on your location and the product. You are also eligible for free shipping in some cases*. (Applicable only within India).

All of Miku Kumar & MK Pret orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in New Delhi, India to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. Miku Kumar & MK Pret takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address, and will not provide any refunds in such cases.

Yes, you can change the shipping address of your order only before it is billed or shipped. Please contact our Customer Care Team at the earliest.

The estimated delivery time will differ with each order. Typically, we take around 5 to 10 business days to deliver an order for our MK Pret ready-to-wear and Miku Kumar orders.

Miku Kumar wedding couture is made-to-order and takes 10 to 30 days for delivery, depending on the garment’s style and your location.

Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. We promise to keep you updated at every step.

Yes, you can collect your online order at any of Miku Kumar/MK Pret retail stores. Please ensure to contact our Customer Care Team and inform them about your preferred store for delivery within 24 hrs of placing the order. You can view complete list of stores here.

Yes, you can have your order delivered to India by placing it from anywhere in the world, except USA. Please ensure you enter the correct PIN code in the shipping address.

No. You will need to place separate orders for different shipping addresses.

As a policy, our courier partners will always call you before delivery to check your availability. However, in case the order arrives when you are not available, it will be re-dispatched after your confirmation.

Our delivery partner will get in touch with you to reschedule your delivery. A maximum of three attempts will be made to deliver order at the given shipping address, failing which the order will be sent back to our warehouse facility in Mumbai. Our Customer Care Team will then get in touch with you to understand the issue and help find a solution.

Miku Kumar Bridal, Occasion wear and Festive Wear are all made-to-order. Please enter your details in the Made-to-Order form and our stylist will get in touch with you soon.

MK Pret is ready-to-wear. However, we do assist with minor alterations with respect to length or waist, only if the style permits.

If  you need a product customized in your size, we will make a fresh product for you in your provided measurements for an additional charge of INR 2000 (applicable for MK Pret Apparel products only).

Yes! You can cancel your order only before the product has been shipped. All you have to do is get in touch with our Customer Care Team at the earliest, and they will help you out.

If your order has been damaged or tampered with, you can refuse to accept it and return it to the courier personnel with all of the original packaging intact. Please do report the incident to our Customer Care Team immediately.

In an unlikely event that the product you received is not what you ordered, please contact our Customer Care Team within 24 hours of delivery.  They will help arrange for a reverse pick-up and ensure the correct order is delivered to you at the earliest.

If a product is out of stock, you will be informed when you add it to your Shopping Cart or at Checkout. In rare cases, if the product is out of stock after your order is confirmed, we will initiate order cancellation and refund the amount or we will make rush order for you to avoid any inconvenience.

Return & Exchanges

In the unlikely event that something you ordered from www.mikukumar.com is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had expected in size or style, you may return the product. Please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it with original invoice, and preferably in its original packaging. Please note we do not accept returns for international orders (except USA). Also we do not accept returns for made-to-order items and accessories, unless it is a quality defect.

Furthermore, all returns are subject to quality check at our end. Once the return is confirmed, you will be offered an exchange or refund as per the eligibility of your order. In the case of a refund, the amount will be credited to your account within 7 business days.

A refund is offered only on merchandise sold at maximum retail price, without any discount if the order is returned along with time specifications and other requirements mentioned above.

In special cases, a refund is provided irrespective of the type of purchase when:

The order is cancelled prior to dispatch due to unavailability.

The product is returned due to a quality defect or damage during transit.

As soon as your order return or cancellation is confirmed, the refund amount is credited to your initial payment account within 7 working days. In the case of a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, you are required to provide your account details to process the refund.

Yes, you can avail exchange on all orders bought on www.mikukumar.com & www.mkpret.com, once your return is received with us. You can exchange for different size in same merchandise as returned.

No, we do not offer reverse order pick-up. Any return is to be shipped by you on your own responsibility. Please share courier name and tracking number with us once you have dispatched the product in order to confirm receipt at our end.

You can drop a return/exchange at any of Miku Kumar store along with original invoice. You can exchange your order at store against merchandise available on location. If you are looking for a particular style or size in exchange, we recommend contacting our Customer Care prior to your visit so our team can ensure availability at store.
